Executive Assistant to CEO & CFO (Healthcare)
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting executive operations and global communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and priorities across time zones
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
Prepare and reconcile expense reports in compliance with company policies
Support employee onboarding and assist with open enrollment and HR coordination
Draft, proofread, and manage confidential documents and oversee document execution
Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and international clients
Organize meeting logistics, materials, and follow-up actions
Qualifications
5+ years supporting senior executives (CEO, CFO, or equivalent)
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
